this is really interesting. what's the basic rule behind it?

i thought this only happens in china.

one question to hackers here, how do you think of the Chinese guys in IT? coder?programmer?good engineers?

a big surprise!

thx. i should put enough time. btw, the link has good content but the site's design itself is not good, at least from my perspective.

1.really good suggestions! indeed i'm doing 'adding bits of css now and again'! as i do not have photoshop skills so far i should stop that. 2.actually i'm not that clear about a good design. do you think search 'good design example' and try to work them out in photoshop is a good way to start? i just did a search, http://inspirationfeed.com/inspiration/40-detailed-examples-... any designer can give the hours you need for any of the example there? it looks very difficult for me so far.

agree to some extent, spending time at home for long days will reduce productivity for me...

interesting experience. for people running personal web business, maybe this is worth trying for some period; I just started to do something during weekends, hope it can grow big to cover my daily job

my feeling is that for side projects, i must finish one sub-task in 3 hours, then things will move on; otherwise it will be a long todo list

really great!
